Once we have cleaned your windows we will leave a calling card with all details of how to pay. If you have agreed to pay online you will also recieve details of how to pay via text.
You are requested to make payment within 7 days of the cleaning date. Our prefered payment is by bank transfer but we also accept cash or cheque.
If we do not recieve payment within 30 days Plumtree Window Cleaning reserve the right to suspend/cancel your cleaning.
We use a pure water system that is not affected by rain and so we generally work in most weather, therefore bad weather is not an acceptable reason for postponing/cancelling our visit. We work all year supplying all our services.
If the weather conditions are extreme and we feel there will be a health and safety risk or a negative result to your clean we will aim to come at the next available time.
If we are unable to access any part of your property due to locked gates we will clean the accessible areas such as the front & sides and charge accordingly. You will recieve notice of our arrival the day before to leave access for us.
We will clean all windows if possible, but if we deem any windows to be inaccessible due to obstacles including plants/trees or areas are unsafe to clean, we will not clean them.
Our staff do not to carry out unsafe working practises. We do not use ladders for high level window cleaning. We may use a ladder to access a flat roof area that is safe to stand on.
Crystalline Cleaning LTD offer 4, 6 or 8 weekly cleaning cycles. We ask customers to state clearly if the services requested are intended as a “one off clean” as this is charged at a premium price. If not it is assumed a verbal maintenance window cleaning contract has been agreed for you chosen cleaning cycle.
We generally keep to our schedule but we cannot be held to a specific date or time due to public holidays, bad weather and staffing levels.

Our staff do not accept liability for decorative window bars coming loose or falling from the exterior/interior of the glass. The bars fall off because the adhesive has failed and therfore need replacing by a window fitting company.
The brushes we use are specifically designed for window cleaning and are made of a plastic with soft non scratch bristles so they cannot scratch your glass.
Crystalline Cleaning LTD offer a 48 hour guarantee against any work carried out. If you're not 100% satisfied we will call back and re-clean for free any said areas for you. To qualify for a free reclean you must contact us within the 48 hour time period. To book a call back just complete the contact us form on our website or message us via email or text. Before we return to clean the windows please make sure it's not the inside of the windows that are dirty or the double glazed unit has failed.
Achieving optimum cleaning results may require a couple of visits as detergent from previous traditional window cleaning methods may initially cause minimal spotting. Leaching can also occur from trickle vents, beading and heavily soiled frames on first cleans. However in most cases, this will cease after a couple of cleans.
Health and Safety is of paramount importance to Crystalline Cleaning LTD, therefore, if we deem any conditions to be unfit or hazardous we will not continue until working conditions are improved and a charge may be incurred.
If we need to enter your neighbour’s property/premises to clean your windows please confirm via email that you have their permission.
Crystalline Cleaning LTD will send a text 0r Whatsapp message, email or telephone you the day before our arrival to remind you to leave your gates unlocked and close your windows. This is an actual person and can be responded to to highlight any issues. Any cancellation notice received after this text message will not be acted upon. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Crystalline Cleaning LTD reserve the right to refuse any work/jobs that we deem to be a health and safety issue or generaaly not suitable for our business.
Please note that we review our prices annually and if your property price rises we will contact before the new price is in effect.
We are fully insured with Public Liability up to the value of £5 million which is covered by a insurance company for commercial and residential services . Details of which can be viewed at the bottom of our website.
Crystalline Cleaning LTD will not be held responsible for any damage done to your property/premises prior to our cleaning. We will inform you where possible of such damage prior to commencing. We do not accept liability for damage caused by defects on property/premises
