What will it cost me to have my property cleaned?
We don’t have a pricing structure as all premises are different. After your initial enquiry we will arrange to visit you and give you an accurate quotation.
How do we know our windows have been cleaned?
Once we have cleaned your windows we will always leave you a card stating date we called and the price to pay.
How will we know Crystalline are cleaning our windows?
Please be assured that every member of staff will be wearing branded company uniform when cleaning your premises.
How often can you clean my windows?
We can clean your windows on a monthly (4-5 weeks) or bi-monthly (8-9 weeks) basis. In certain circumstances we will consider one off cleans.
How can I make payment for your services?
We have a number of payment options to make things easy for you which can be cash or BACS online banking.
- If you wish to pay via a BACS payment, Please contact us to request our bank details.
- We can also provide an addressed envelope for you to send payment, this will require a stamp. Please do not send cash through the post!
